Diploma AMIE Madras India (1980-81)
B. Sc., M.Sc. (1981-86) in Physics of Electronics from Poona University, India,
Ph.D. (1986-93) in Physics of Materials, from School of Solar Energy Studies, Physics Department , Poona University, India.
*Topic of research: Transparent Conducting Oxides (TCO) for solar cell contact, physics of thin films and solar energy, thin film nano materials, different kind of thin film deposition techniques including vacuum and non vacuum systems.
*Experience: Since 1993-95 Payame Nour University of Esfahan, Iran and from 1995 till now working at University of Guilan .
From 1999 to 2004 , head of the Physics Department , University of Guilan , also dean of administration and financial affairs of Science Faculty of University of Guilan from 2005-07, involve in teaching also and teach, Electronics I&II, Electronics Laboratory, Vacuum Techniques, Modern Physics, Crystallography, Technical Language , Thin Films, Basic physics etc. More than 40 M.Sc. Students have completed their thesis and at present involved in Ph.D. program at University of Guilan and guiding Ph.D. students in physics of thin films.
At present Dr. Rozati is the Research Deputy of Science Faculty, University of Guilan.
*Research: published more than 50 journal papers,two books in the fields of TCO and vacuum techniques and also attended and presented papers at more than 200 national and international conferences, also developed several thin film systems and lot of work on vacuum techniques.
